i lost my track ages ago
the road home is far too long
self-doubts are silent ghosts
but the ones that i fear most

i spent years with the search for an identity
what i received is a lack of memories

love is lost, life gone wrong
bloodshot eyes the same old songs
the sun is too weak to keep me warm

the silent hope i barely hear
the dirty stream the dusty tears
if there is light teach me to see
